Karate Kidz: Martial Arts Moves for Life!
Gr. 3-5 (weeks 2 and 8)
Get ready for a high-energy week of kicks, confidence, teamwork, and FUN! Developed and taught by
Master Jesse Harding, 7th -degree black belt, this program blends martial arts, movement, games, and
mindfulness to build strength, focus, kindness, and self-control.
Classes Include: a perfect blend of skills and fun. Children learn and practice Martial Arts moves
including: stances, kicks, self-defense basics, partner drills, and focus pads. Children explore Movement
with Ninja obstacle courses, outdoor challenges, and Karate Tag. We practice Mindfulness: with child-
friendly yoga, breathing exercises, and mini-meditations for focus. Themed Fun: with noodle sword
adventures, arts & crafts, and character lessons.
Take Aways: each child receives their custom KarateKidz Workbook and their own noodle sword.
Unleash the power of the Shaolin Five Animals! Each day we explore a different “Animal Power” that
teaches life skills:
Tiger–Strength & Courage with power stances and confidence games
Leopard–Speed & Strategy, fast footwork and agility challenges.
Crane–Balance & Peace, with mindfulness, breathing, and balance flows.
Dragon–Wisdom & Imagination with creative movement and storytelling.
Snake–Precision & Inner Power with Technique refinement, Flexibility, and Board-Break
Celebration.

KarateKidz is a fun camp perfectly blending martial arts, movement, and mindfulness. With exciting skills
and drills, children will learn practical self-defense concepts, and empowering life lessons to support
healthy bodies, focused minds, and strong character. Children will leave camp with more than just martial
arts moves—they’ll gain skills for life.
