Jump into the dynamic world of parkour with Parkour Generations Boston! This weeklong clinic is designed to teach you the basic techniques and ideas of parkour in a safe and progressive setting, while building your physical strength and developing self-confidence. You’ll learn to see the world through “parkour vision”, where the world becomes your playground and learn to embrace obstacles as an opportunity for fun and exploration. Each day will cover a different theme within parkour and participants will be exposed to many of the different styles of movement that make this sport so unique. As we get to know ourselves and each other, we’ll also learn how to safely apply our new skills in the urban environment. All sessions are designed for a wide range of fitness levels and abilities- from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners!
