This beginning golf class introduces young golfers the basic fundamentals of the game of golf. Putting, pitching, chipping, basic rules of the game, and full swing principles will be demonstrated and taught. The six-step formula of the golf swing will be introduced and practiced along with safety, etiquette, and sportsmanship like conduct. Students will be taught the differences between the irons and woods, when to chip and pitch, and how to get the ball in the hole in the fewest amount of strokes! Golfers will have fun learning the new swing, hitting golf balls, chipping and pitching into fun targets and nets, and putting real golf balls into the hole!! This engaging class is the precursor to the intermediate and advanced golf class. This series of lessons will have your child hitting the golf ball and ready for tournaments! That’s our goal! All golf equipment will be provided!
