Junior Day Camp (Grades 1, 2, & 3)

Junior Campers (grades 1, 2, & 3) will enjoy tons of activities like arts & crafts, indoor and outdoor recreation, games, painting, community building, drama, dance, water sports, nature,  field sports with their groups throughout their summer camp week.  Every day is a little different as we have so many activities to offer. Junior Campers do not travel off-campus for field trips, but will travel off-campus for swim. We offer special programming on Wednesdays to provide our campers with a variety of experiences. WOW Wednesdays have been a big hit among our Junior Campers with guest entertainers arriving on campus each week to perform just for us. The fun never stops at BB&N! We are committed to keeping your campers engaged, happy, and connected all day long! Junior campers can continue the fun at extended day.  Please note that this summer extended day will run Monday through Friday. There will be no extended day hours on Friday of week 8.

What to Bring

Campers play regardless of weather, please plan accordingly. Bathing suits are recommended for all campers. All campers will have an option to play at our water sports activity during the week. We encourage the campers to leave bathing suits at camp all week so no need to remember to bring them back and forth each day. We provide towels here at camp so no need to bring your own! We are trying to use fewer plastic cups, please encourage your camper to bring a reusable water bottle. There will be water refill stations all over campus.

Grade level:

Rising 1st, 2nd & 3rd graders. All Junior Campers are asked to bring reusable water bottles to camp everyday.

Camp Weeks:

Weeks 1-8 in any combination

Please note that along with our regular action-packed camp schedule, “WOW Wednesdays” bring entertainers to camp each week, “Theme Thursdays” build camp spirit within each camp group based on that week’s theme, and “Fun Fridays” end the week with an amazingly fun day! Sample Schedule

Below is a sample schedule anticipated for this coming summer. This schedule will provide you with a general idea of the activities that our campers engage in each summer although the actual schedule may be modified closer to the start of camp.
