Senior Day Camp (Grades 4-6)

Senior Campers (grades 4 – 6) participate in a summer camp program designed specifically to appeal to campers as they get a bit older, giving them a unique day camp experience separate from our younger campers.

Senior Campers will enjoy more advanced activities and complete more intricate projects during their camp day. These activities may include archery, woodworking, painting, drama/dance, art, sports, pottery, community building, and more.

Along with off-site trips, we also have “Theme Thursdays” and “Fun Fridays”.  The week is action-packed! Check out our calendar page for more information.

Senior campers are also welcome to continue the fun at extended day, please note that this summer extended day will run Monday through Friday. There will be no extended day hours on Friday of week 8.

What to Bring

Campers play regardless of the weather so please plan accordingly. Bathing suits are recommended for all camps. All campers may have an option to do water sports during the week. We leave our bathing suits at camp all week so no need to remember to bring them back and forth each day. We provide towels here at camp so no need to bring your own! We are trying to use less plastic cups, please encourage your camper to bring a reusable water bottle. There will be water refill stations all over campus.

Examples of Off-Campus Excursions

Senior Campers go off-campus at least one day each week. We provide the cost of the main attractions at these locations so there is no need to have your camper bring any extra money on these days. Please note that the completion of additional waivers may be required for each camper interested in traveling off-campus for these excursions. Lastly, please note that field trips are subject to change.

Campers with medical needs who require special arrangements for off-site trips must consult with the Camp Nurse or Camp Director.

Below is a sample schedule anticipated for this coming summer. This schedule will provide you with a general idea of the activities that our campers engage in each summer although the actual schedule may be modified closer to the start of camp.
